These Terms of Service govern the use of cleaning services provided by [Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "the Company." By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
**2. Services Provided**
The Company offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing. The specific services provided will be determined based on the package selected or as agreed upon between the Company and the client.
**3. Scheduling and Payment**
Clients must schedule cleaning appointments in advance. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. The Company accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. A deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients.
**4. Cancellations and Rescheduling**
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or staff availability.
**5. Access to Premises**
Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time. If access is denied or delayed, the Company may charge a waiting fee or reschedule the appointment at its discretion.
**6. Liability**
The Company will exercise reasonable care in providing cleaning services. However, it shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to damage to property or injury to persons. Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning.
**7. Satisfaction Guarantee**
The Company strives for customer satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and may offer a re-cleaning or refund at its discretion.
**8. Confidentiality**
The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of providing cleaning services.
**9. Amendments to Terms**
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Company's services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
**10. Governing Law**
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Nevada.
